QuickPulse ("we", "us", "our") is operated by xpolls.ai. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

From customers (survey submitters):

• Email address (for order confirmation and results delivery)
• Survey URL (to complete your order)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number)

From surveys (during completion):

• Survey questions and structure (needed to generate responses)
• Generated responses (retained as proof of work)

What we do NOT collect:

• We do not track browsing behavior or use advertising cookies
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• We do not retain your payment card details

How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your orders
• To deliver survey results and PDF reports to your email
• To improve our service and fix errors
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Use

Data Retention

Order records and completion logs are retained for the operational lifetime of the service. Survey response data is retained as proof of work for customer dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

Data Security

Survey questions, generated responses, and persona data are stored securely and treated as confidential. Access is restricted to essential operational personnel.

Local AI Processing

All AI inference — including survey question analysis and response generation — is performed on locally hosted large language models at our own private facility. Your survey questions and responses are never sent by us to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic cloud APIs). Your data stays on our infrastructure from start to finish.
