By using QuickPulse, you agree to these terms. QuickPulse is operated by xpolls.ai.
QuickPulse provides AI-generated survey completions and PDF summary reports. Each completion is performed by an AI agent built from anonymized, publicly available voter and opinion panel data. All completions are disclosed as AI-generated. All AI inference is performed on locally hosted models at our own private facility — your survey data is never sent by us to third-party cloud AI providers.

By using our service, you agree to disclose that responses were generated by AI agents when reporting or publishing results. We provide suggested disclosure language with every order and PDF report.
By submitting an order, you agree that QuickPulse and xpolls.ai retain the right to store generated survey responses as proof of work. Aggregate, anonymized completion data may be used by xpolls.ai for service improvement and research. Individual customer survey content is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
If we fail to deliver the requested number of completions, you will be refunded for undelivered completes. Partial completions are charged only for successfully delivered responses. Quality disputes should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
QuickPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will pass all survey platform quality checks. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated survey data.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
